These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of Café Piedralipe products. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Products and prices
We sell specialty-coffee microlots and related methods. Microlots are unique, limited-stock lots; once sold out they may not be available again. We aim for accurate descriptions, images and tasting notes, but natural variation inherent to an agricultural product may occur.
Prices are charged in Colombian pesos (COP). Prices may change without notice, but the applicable price is the one shown when you confirm your order.
Orders and payment
Payment and checkout are completed through Shopify’s secure platform. An order is accepted when you receive the corresponding confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law. [VERIFY: scope of limitations permitted under Ley 1480 of 2011.]
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and any dispute shall be submitted to the Colombian courts. [VERIFY: competent court/jurisdiction and consumer-protection mechanisms.]

We may update these terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force when you place your order.
